Artist Statement
I’m an artist whose mission is to shine a light on the connection between my audience’s body, mind and soul.
Connect only to the body; you miss what the past reveals.
Connect only to the mind; you miss the moment.
Connect only to the soul; you miss the real world.
One cannot exist without the other. They flow together like a river when you allow your complex existence to move with rhythm.
It’s our choice to weave together what has always been true about ourselves with the wisdom we’ve gathered along the way. We are not meant to choose between who we were and who we’ve become, but to let them exist as one.
When your body, mind and soul flow as one, your river becomes abundant with life. I hope that my songs and the world that I have created allow you to remember that.
